Hmmm... what shall I do with my harvest? I wish I could preserve some of it, bottle it up as more than a memory.
Sister's Sari and Jennie had the best idea, spaghetti sauce?! This is the summer of trying new things. We followed the recipe exactly...except for a couple of secret ingredients that we added. I've been sworn to secrecy about that.

Yea! I just bottled 13 pints of salsa. It's nice to know we can enjoy the garden, even after it's gone.
