Waiting is the hardest part



The first trimester is probably the hardest to get through. The fertilization/seeding part is really fun. I enjoy getting dirty and all of that. Now...it's just mostly waiting. How long until those seeds pop their little heads up? Sheesh! I want to see then and love them and feed them. This gardening thing is requiring a lot of patience. Patience is not my best quality.


Dan Barney and I saw Iron Man and we loved it. I want to be him. All day I kept wanting to jump off of stuff or blow something up. Sigh...I wish my seedlings would just pop up a little bit.

I know exactly how you feel about gardening. I am so impatient that my family nicknamed me "Impatiens". To this day, my garden is never complete without them. My husband usually puts them in on Mother's Day. Ironic, eh?
