We only have one day of sun this week so I headed out with my friend Aileen and my little one to watercolor at our beach, Spanish Banks. It was a whopp'n 53 degrees and I really wanted to put on my ski parka but it was still beautiful. The crows would watch me from about 12 inches away, the barges and sail boats are pretty and the people at the beach are always friendly. I definitely am challenged by plein air painting. I don't have the patience for it but I'm trying to learn.
