Yes, please! I fell in love with your work only a few months ago through Exponent but I'd like my name in your hat just the same. As an avid gardner, I can appreciate gratitude for fruits and vegetables. Margaret Olsen Hemming
I read your blog everyday, but rarely comment...however, a chance of a Cass Barney painting is too good to pass up! Put my name in your hat, neighbor! And have a Happy Thanksgiving!
Oh Heavens! Yes, please put my name in the hat. I was one of your former watercolor students at BYU and have been an admirer of your work and all round style and exuberant love for life since then.
I would love to put my name in the hat. I always look at your work when I am in Cannon Beach. I have three sisters and love all the girls in your paintings. My mom is hoping you will do something with 4 girls. Love Erin
Hi Ms. Barney. I would like to have you put my name in the hat for the giclee, and Stacy would like it as well (if we can do that with one comment). I have received the painting from your Idaho show, and we enjoy it very much. It will be mounted next to the one of my mom, both in the shadow of Stacy's. It is actually pretty cool to have our family painted by you. thanks for doing all your wonderful artwork. We look forward to hopefully seeing you at a Utah gallery showing, and as always, when you are downtown, you are invited to stop over and see your gallery at our home. Rick and Stacy
Oooh goody goody! Hi Cassandra. You don't know me but I just love your art, so hi. I was a painting major at BYU but have since done very little. Ugh, who knew this comment was going to be a confession. My sister in law is Ang Fife. We both realized our love for you when she showed me a painting of yours she bought. So, just to keep things fair, I should probably get one too. Yea for Thanksgiving!
Dang it...I wish I would have read this yesterday. I am an old student of your husband's Timpview teaching days. While you were working on your Master's, I was just starting the art program at BYU. It inspires me the way you two live your lives, with art always such a focus. Back in high school, I felt that same way about your family. But now that awe has grown as I am now a mother with four kids of my own and realize how difficult it is to find a few minutes to paint. I just wanted you to know that your blog is read (or stalked..lol)

I would love the opportunity to throw my name into the hat, thank you. Despite it being a rough couple of years, I have much to be grateful for.
Enjoy the holiday with your family - d.
