The strangest thing just happened. I was in the kitchen cleaning up and I could hear a little humming noise coming from somewhere. I opened cupboards, I looked in the laundry room and then I checked the studio. I found it, it was actually my paint brushes. They were buzzing with an electrical charge, like there was so much trapped energy that they were overflowing to keep from exploding.
I took December off and did some wonderful things. I got to be with my family, make presents, try some new crafts and even sleep in. Now...I'm so ready to paint. I can't wait to grab those paint tubes and squeeze. I'm giddy with anticipation. It's hard to restrain but I've got two more days of attending to other matters. Then I won't let any more of that energy overflow, I'll use it to paint something more fantastic than ever before.
