This important news could not wait for my to return to Utah. It's a MUST BLOG NOW moment. I actually don't quite know what to do with myself. I just keep looking through the peep hole into the hall, then I pace some more.
Alright, first let me start with the Pittsburgh's airport. I got off my plane and was met by gallery owners Jen and Deric and...Mr. McFeely. I'm not kidding, it was really him. He's promoting his new movie called Speedy Delivery (of course.) My companions told him that I was a celebrity and he asked for my card so that he could see my work. Wow. I didn't think the day could get better but then we got to the gallery and a few of my new friends came by that was so nice too. I'll post pictures of them soon. THEN something very odd happened . Actually one of the oddest, surreal moments of my life. I walked into the hotel lobby, the same lobby where Emily and I played art survivor girl, to the same people who where working at the desk the past few times I've stayed here...it was all the same EXCEPT the lobby was filled with CLOWNS. So many clowns that I thought I just might be in some weird horror movie or theme park ride. I whispered to the desk clerk, "I'm afraid of clowns." He whispered back, "the whole hotel is full of them because it's a clown convention." He told me that today is animal day and tomorrow is birthday day. I asked what yesterday was and he opened the door behind the desk to show me a room FULL of balloon creations. I stood there with my mouth open and thought, no one would ever believe this.
Seriously it is the weirdest, like I can't explain how strange. I'm totally in a movie or a dream.
In the elevator I asked these two clown ladies if they do this for fun and they said, "Oh my no. We are ALL professionals. There are actually some retired Barnum and Bailey clowns here."
I just peeked out my peep hole again and my room is right across from a room FULL OF CLOWNS. If is this is my last post, I just want to tell my family that I love them and thank you to my fans and...if I live through the night I'll try to get better pictures tomorrow.

Oh my word! What a surreal experience. Mr McFeely - awesome, Clowns - not so much. I hope we hear from you tommorrow and the clowns don't come take you away to join the circus in the middle of the night. Sweet dreams.
Well I can't wait to see a Cassandra Barney painting of clowns. What great subject matter.
hahaha! i LOVE your crazy life. truth is indeed stranger (and goofier) than fiction. (YAY!)
When I look out my peephole-- duties, responsibilities, and a messy porch peer back at me...
Explain why Mr. McFeely met you at the airport? Was Bob Dog there for animal day?
How frightening! I am afraid of clowns too!
Wow, that really was a MUST BLOG NOW moment! Clowns are creeeeeepy. Was the next day really Birthday Day? Did they really have a crate of balloon animals? I think you halluncinated all of this...
Oh my gosh! I love that picture of the two clowns. Are you really afraid of clowns? What an amazing experience. I wish I could have seen them all together like that.
