The potatoes grow on the root and they are so very cute. I'm feeling a sort of garden bliss high right now.

My peanuts look good but I won't dig into the dirt to spy on them because I read that I need to leave them alone until like...September?! That will be a challenge.

Here's my little backyard pea plant miracle. I have been out hunting earwigs every single night and it must be working because there are pea pods on my pea plants. It's like a little gift from St. Fiacre himself. We have more ripe tomatoes and last night I even discovered two baby cucumbers, a squash and one of my pumpkins is getting pretty big.
