Sometimes I order something I've never heard of just to try it. More often than not there is a reason I've never heard of it. I've had a few bad experiences in Chinatown. Food items that smell bad and taste worse. There is a risk with extreme eating. Octopus takoyaki was yummy. Dragon's beard candy was so dry it sent a clouds of sugar dust out of your mouth for like five minutes after you eat it.
