Fire

I haven't been writing on my blog, neither have I been to the grocery store or done a lot of other things over the past several days. I've spent almost every waking minute in the studio.

I can't explain what it feels like to loose myself in painting. It's a fire that is hot and intense. It's exhausting and awesome.
I don't exactly understand what I'm painting, I'm just painting it.

If I could say it in words there would be no reason to paint it. -Edward Hopper
I wish I could stop time and paint longer.
