Oh what to do with all these tomatoes...

Between my sister-in-law, Jennie, and I, we grew lugs of tomatoes. I don't even know what a lug is but we had a lot of them.
It was great to spend the day with my sisters. 
And this winter when we eat spaghetti, it'll be the best spaghetti we've ever eaten.

Nice. That is one ENORMOUS tomato! You just reminded me what I should be doing. Focus, I need to focus. What else did you add to your sauce?

i think a lug is like two buckets-worth or something ;) you guys rock. my tomatoes are still GREEN. and alas, i have not canned as much as a peach this year. tear.

Angela- Confession: Last year I chopped onions then stirred for many hours. This year I chopped tomatoes and then stirred for many hours. I'd have to ask my sister Sari what she threw into that sauce.
You don't need to focus on canning when there are more doors out there to be painted that glorious blue.
