There are things in life that I have sometimes taken for granted; family, friends, the sun, beautiful places, hot dogs and gelato. Today I'm sitting on the beach, watching my beautiful children play in the sun, enjoying the company of my friends and I felt I was lucky to have this day, right here, right now...that's all there is....love today, never forget...just know it
